Project overview

Five homes on one site at Treglos: two new houses and three refurbished flats, each with two parking bays and a surf store. The houses are planned upside down, so the living rooms and glass balconies take the view down Constantine Bay.

Vertigo cladding replaces natural slate on the upper floors and gives the row its dark, contemporary face. Inside, the kitchens are Leicht and the floors are oak. Heating is underfloor, fed by air source, with MVHR keeping the fresh air coming without throwing the heat away.

The project ran from July 2017 to March 2018 and covered the build from groundworks through to decoration.
